We hereby inform you that we have amended our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These amendments shall take effect on January 1, 2026.
Why is this amendment necessary?
NEB manufactures the majority of its products in the United States under the highest quality requirements and social standards. Global markets are evolving, and certain customs regulations governing the importation of goods into the EU necessitate clear contractual provisions. By updating our GTC, we aim to ensure transparency and legal certainty for both parties, thereby facilitating smooth cooperation.

IV Prices and Terms of Payment
If we do not provide the customer with a written quotation or if the Product price is not specified in a written contract between the customer and us, then, our prices valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract will apply. Our prices do not include any taxes (including the respective statutory VAT) that may apply to the customer’s order and that may be the customer’s responsibility.

1. If we do not provide the customer with a written quotation or if the Product price is not specified in a written contract between the customer and us, then, our prices valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract will apply. Our prices do not include any taxes (including the respective statutory VAT), import and customs duties, levies, or other government fees that may apply to the customer’s order and the products subject to the customer’s order. If these taxes, duties, levies, or fees apply to the customer’s order, then it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay them, and if we pay them for the customer, then we will add them to the customer’s invoice. For clarity, in the event any governmental authority imposes, enacts, increases, or modifies any tariff, duty, levy, or similar assessment (collectively, „Tariffs”) applicable to our import or sale of the products, then we will have the right to charge customer a corresponding Tariff surcharge on the affected products, and we will include these surcharges on the customer’s invoice.
