Here’s a breakdown of how the Virtual NGS Lab Training works:

  1. Preparation: Depending on the application, participants will need to prepare certain materials in their own labs in advance. All necessary information will be provided via email well in advance of the training session to ensure a smooth and exciting learning experience.
  2. Training Session: During the virtual NGS lab training, an application specialist will guide participants through the workflow step-by-step via video call. It’s important to note that each participant will work independently in their own lab at their bench. The expert will be available to address questions and provide tips and assistance to ensure optimal use of the NEBNext reagents for obtaining a perfect library.
  3. Library Preparation: By the end of the virtual NGS lab training, participants will have successfully prepared a high-quality, sequencing-ready library that is ready for quality control.
  4. Feedback and Empowerment: At the conclusion of the training session, the trainer will provide detailed feedback. Participants will have all the necessary tools and knowledge to process their own samples independently and effectively utilize NEBNext workflows.

This approach allows participants to gain hands-on experience and expertise in NGS library preparation using NEBNext while receiving guidance and support from a knowledgeable expert.
